Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and visits to Cosmopol Karaoke Club Glasgow. By making a booking or attending the venue, you agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Booking and Deposits
A £20 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is deducted from your final bill on the night.
Your booking will be confirmed once payment is successful and you receive a confirmation email.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your booking time qualify for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking are non-refundable.
4. Arrival and Late Policy
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking time. We reserve the right to release your area if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.
5. Age Restrictions
Cosmopol operates a strict Challenge 25 policy. Guests who appear under 25 must provide valid photographic identification.
6. Behaviour and Safety
We expect all guests to behave responsibly and respect our staff, other customers, and the venue. Anyone acting in a way that could cause harm, disturbance, or damage may be asked to leave without refund.
7. Venue Rights
We reserve the right to refuse entry, refuse service, or remove guests from the premises where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
8. Personal Belongings
Cosmopol Karaoke Club is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items brought into the venue.
9. Changes to Bookings
If you need to amend your booking, please contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
10. Events and Special Nights
Some dates may operate under special event rules, pricing, or session times. These will be displayed on the booking page where relevant.
